Welcome to Pong ("Pong", "we", "us"). By using pong.com you agree to these Terms. Pong routes your question to the AI model best suited to answer it — and, for the big calls, rallies several frontier models and merges them into one trusted answer.
You may browse and ask as an anonymous Free user. Paid features require an account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Pong, and by using Pong you confirm that you are. We do not knowingly collect data from, or direct paid features at, anyone under 18. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Pong offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Max. Paid plans are billed either month-to-month or annually (pre-paid for the full year at a discounted monthly rate).
Your cycle runs 30 days from your sign-up anniversary, not the calendar month. Monthly token allotments reset at the start of each 30-day cycle and do not roll over.
Paid plans include a monthly token allotment. A "token" is a unit of AI compute consumed when Pong generates a fresh answer; banked (cached) answers are always free and never consume tokens.
Don't use Pong to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate prohibited or harmful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without authorization. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to game billing or quotas.
Pong maintains a lightweight, portable memory (a running summary and short fact list) so it can personalize answers and follow up across whichever model answers. You can view your memory at any time from the brain (🧠) panel and clear it whenever you like. Clearing is permanent.
We collect the questions asked, the answers produced, coarse region (derived from your device's time zone — never your precise location or IP-as-identity), timestamps, and product/usage metrics. We use this to operate and improve Pong, to power our answer bank (so common questions are served instantly and cheaply), and to produce aggregated, anonymized insights (for example, demand trends by topic, time of day, and region).
We may license these aggregated and anonymized datasets and insights to third parties. Such datasets are stripped of personal identifiers and are not linkable back to you. We do not sell your name, email, or account identity.
Labs model comparisons. When you use Labs to compare models and pick a winner, we record the anonymized comparison signal — which model won, the topic category, and a coarse cohort — to improve Pong and to power aggregated model-performance rankings we may publish or license. We record the category of your prompt, never the prompt text itself, and never your identity. This contribution is on by default and you can switch it off anytime in your account settings (“Share anonymized model comparisons”); turning it off stops collection for this purpose going forward.

Pong's answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Pong is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Verify anything important. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pong is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
