By accessing and using pong.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Pong.com provides internet speed testing, network diagnostics, and connectivity analysis tools. These include speed tests, ping tests, traceroute, DNS lookups, port scanning, firewall testing, and other network diagnostic utilities.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Authorization Requirement

You may only use pong.com's network diagnostic tools to scan, test, or analyze networks, systems, and infrastructure that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. By using any scanning or diagnostic tool on pong.com, you affirm that you have such authorization.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use pong.com to:

• Scan, probe, or test any network, system, or device without authorization from its owner
• Conduct unauthorized reconnaissance, enumeration, or vulnerability assessment
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
• Disrupt, degrade, or interfere with any network or service
• Use the Service as part of any attack chain, exploit development, or malicious activity
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse protections, or access controls
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to make excessive requests
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service without written permission

3.3 Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits on network diagnostic tools to prevent abuse. These limits vary by tool type and account status. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions. Authenticated users receive higher rate limits than anonymous users.

4. Account Requirements

Certain tools (including port scanning, firewall testing, and open port detection) require a signed-in account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

5. Logging and Monitoring

All network diagnostic operations are logged. Logs include: the source IP address of the user, the target of the scan or test, the tool used, the timestamp, and the user account (if signed in). Logs are retained for a minimum of 90 days.

We may review logs to investigate abuse, respond to legal requests, or ensure compliance with these Terms. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating unauthorized network activity conducted through our Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pong.com does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any test results. Speed test results, latency measurements, and network diagnostics are approximations and may vary based on network conditions, device performance, and other factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pong.com is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: consequences of scanning unauthorized targets, inaccurate test results, service interruptions, or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
