Is It Down Right Now? Free Outage Tracker

Pong.com's outage tracker monitors 34+ popular internet services in real time directly from your browser. When a website or app feels slow or unresponsive, this tool helps you quickly determine whether the problem is on your end or if the service itself is experiencing an outage.

Unlike traditional outage trackers such as Downdetector that rely on crowdsourced user reports, Pong.com checks each service directly from your connection. This means you see results specific to your network and location, not aggregated reports that may not reflect your experience.

How It Works

The outage checker sends a lightweight request to each service from your browser. If the service responds quickly, it is marked as operational. Slow responses (over 5 seconds) are flagged as degraded, and failed connections are marked as down. Since requests originate from your device, the results reflect your actual connectivity to each service.

When to Use This Tool

  • A website or app is not loading and you want to know if it is down for everyone
  • Video calls keep dropping and you want to check if Zoom, Teams, or Discord is having issues
  • Streaming buffers on Netflix, YouTube, or Twitch and you want to rule out a service outage
  • Cloud services like AWS, GitHub, or Vercel are slow and you need to confirm their status
  • You want a quick overview of which services are up before starting your workday
Service checks are performed directly from your browser using lightweight HTTP requests. Results reflect connectivity from your network and may differ from other locations. Checks run automatically on page load.
